Wow what an insane weekend full of emotions, fun, and naked people. An annual event put on by our lovely company, Grooby Productions – this year’s instalment of the Tranny Awards was a culmination of an absolutely awesome year in transexual pornography. Flying out to Los Angeles was an event all in itself as our plane was circling around LA for 30 minutes while Obama took his sweet ass time taking off. I never get sick flying but even I reached for the barf bag. TS Jizelle Moore, my travel companion, was grabbing my leg like it was the last moments of our life because our plane kept going up and down. We then proceeded to land sideways on one wheel. Word to the wise – don’t fly Air Canada. These douchebags will charge you $7 for a sandwich and they are not even qualified to fly planes. And their stewardesses are old and saggy. The days leading up to the Tranny Awards were filled with parties and drinking. On the first night there I hung out with the CEO of Grooby – Steven Grooby, Jack Flash, Buddy Wood, Tony Vee, Eva Lin, Domino, Jizelle Moore, Sadie Hawkins, Wendy Summers, Morgan Bailey, and Hazel Tucker. We all went for a fantastic dinner in North Hollywood, and followed up with some booze at a popular local bar. I got pretty smashed and went home early. It was a long day so the Dong needed to be put to rest.

On the second day was our photographer’s meet and greet, and time to exchange techniques and tips. We were in the Grooby headquarters all day popping off shots with Frank of Frank’s Tgirl World, and other star photographers like Jack Flash, Tony Vee, Joanna Jett. Jordan Jay was also hanging out. In the afternoon we all went for an awesome lunch with all the office staff at Grooby Productions. Everyone’s really chilled out and its a pretty sweet group of people. Kind of an unlikely group of people to run a transexual porn company, actually…

On the third day we went to Buddy Wood’s house for a BBQ. All sorts of crazy shit went on. First of all Morgan Bailey cooked a feast and fed everybody ribs, chicken, and sausages. An amazing effort and holy crap is she ever a hot tamale. I can’t believe she was able to whip that up in a matter of hours. The night went really well and some other Canadians at the party also. I got to meet some pretty cool Hung Angels members as well which was great. I can’t believe how nice everybody was and it was such positive atmosphere. With arms wide open I welcomed the last day of January 2012 – an unusually sunny and warm day of springlike weather in Toronto, Ontario.
